Please introduce yourself

Since what we're really doing here at is building an on-line community of sustainability education professionals, it makes sense for all of us to have an idea who we're talking to and where they come from (both literally and figuratively).

In a discussion with some sustainability educators in Vancouver, some despaired that those around them would ever "get it" with regard to sustainability. At the same time, it was also clear that everyone present had been inspired at some time to do the work they do. We thought it would be beneficial (and inspiring!) to share some of those stories, both for one another as well as to help us in our efforts to encourage others to actively participate in sustainable development.
