1. Walkingthetalk Project Coordinator
Coordinates the Walkingthetalk project and reports to the Strategic Council. Approximately 14 hours per week. $20 per hour. Starting late September through April 30, 2010.
2. Walkingthetalk Research Coordinator
Manages the grants, research and community partners involved. Approximately 7 hours per week. $20 per hour. Starting late September through April 30, 2010.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have fundraising and/or grant writing skills, an interest in online networking and sustainability education, have good written and oral communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Qualified applicants will be comfortable with web-based administrative tasks (in particular familiarity with Drupal is ideal).The applicant should be willing and able to communicate effectively with members of the working group and comfortable attending working group and networking events. The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker, resourceful, and have excellent writing and speaking skills.
