This group is intended to connect the BC Working Group with organizations and individuals interested in advancing sustainable development at colleges and universities in BC.
You are welcome to join this group. Once you have joined the group you can interact with the group in a number of ways.
If you have some ideas you want to write down - post a blog. If you have found a great resource - post it as a weblink or if it is a document you can post it as a shared resource. Finally - if you know of an event - post it as in the events section.
Once you have joined the group you can post it so it is public or so that only the group can see it (when logged in).

SUSTAINABILITY ACADEMIC STRATEGY Final Report Released
The Sustainability Academic Strategy (SAS) final report has now been released. This detailed report presents a number of important recommendations and models for innovation and collaborative initiatives for sustainability educators. The SAS draft recommendations received unanimous endorsement from the AMS Council at their October 21, 2009 meeting. The SAS final report was submitted to the UBC Executive in October, 2009. A decision is expected on the recommendations by January, 2010.
