Admission is by donation at the door

March 12, 7 pm

Food, Inc. – exposes
our industrialized food system and its effect on our envirnment,
health, economy, and worker’s rights. (It was nominated for best
documentary 2010 Academy Awards) Discussion with Martin Harcourt,
owner/operator of Landscaping and Gardening Ltd., instructor in Organic
Master Gardeners classes and one of the founding members of Vancouver
SOUL (Society for Organic Urban Land Care).

March 13, 10 am

Century of Self shows how we have been guided towards the belief that we should have all that we want, as well as what we need.

It is the winner of Best Documentary Series and Historical Film of the Year Award and received numerous nominations.

Discussion with Glenn Miles anthropologist and Steven M. Rosen Phd.  Psychology, author of several books and international lecturer

March 13, 2 pm

Power of Nightmares explains how world politics has been shaped by a fearful fundamentalism, both secular, and religious. 

Discussion with Glenn Miles anthropologist,
and lifelong student of the question: Why is the modern way of life not
sustainable, and what will replace the "Modern" worldview once we
understand modernism's failure as a society.

Playing for Change: Peace Through Music is a story of hope, struggle, perseverance, joy and the power of music
